All about relaxation > Is your skin showing signs of fatigue?
Take our questionnaire to assess your level of skin fatigue!
Do you find it hard to get up in the morning?
Do you have to run around the house to get yourself and your children ready in the morning?
Do you work at least 35 hours a week at the office or at home?
Do you frequently travel by plane?
Do you go out late in the evening at least once a week?
Do you get less than 8 hours sleep a night?
Do you watch TV or read in order to fall asleep?
Does your skin often look tired, even early in the morning?
Is your skin often extremely dry or oily for no apparent reason?
Do your features often seem more than usually drawn or strained?
If you answered "yes" to 3 or more questions, it's possible that your skin needs to de-stress.
Use your thumb and index finger to "pinch" the upper part of your nose, between your eyebrows, while applying slow pressure.
Repeat along the arch of your eyebrows, moving outward, in order to relax the zone around your forehead.
Exert light pressure around the sinuses (under the eyes) moving outward, making gentle motions with the fingertips.
While keeping your mouth open, apply pressure in slow circular movements at the point where the jaw meets the ear.
Gently smooth your eyebrows with your fingertips, moving in an outward direction and exerting gentle pressure on the zone around your eyes.
Finally, apply pressure with your fingertips to the temples in a circular motion, the final step of your nighttime relaxation routine.
