Fenugreek

Definition

Widely cultivated in India and China, fenugreek can also be found growing wild in Mediterranean regions.

Its seeds are high in protein (30%), lipids, phosphorus and organic iron.

Taken internally, it promotes the assimilation of food by the intestine and stomach.

Used externally, it has a soothing effect and reduces inflammation.
