Soothing Almond Milk Bath

Soaking time : 1 to 2 days

Ingredients

  • 125 ml / 1/2 cup natural or blanched almonds soaked up to two days
  • 1 liter / 4 cups of water or herbal infusion of your choice, such as lavender water or rose water
  • 4 drops of lavender oil or rose oil

Directions

  1. Soak almonds overnight or up to two days
  2. Blend the almonds and water (or herbal infusion) in a blender and strain
  3. through a cheese cloth
  4. Reserve the almond pulp that’s left over for making the scrub below
  5. Stir in the essential oils into the almond milk, and pour into a hot bath just before getting in
