Burberry Summer fragrance has been re-interpreted to capture the essence of a perfect summer evening by the beac. This limited edition is light and fresh, providing a sparkling twist on the original Burberry scents.

Bottle
In keeping with the contemporary, pebble-shaped design of the original bottle, the packaging features a pink and white "Summer rope" pattern inspired by the fashion house's most recent collection.

Colour reflects the muted bright colour used in the Burberry Spring Summer 2009 ready-to-wear collections - a warm pink sunset tone.

Notes
Inside the bottle is a fragrance comprised of crisp fruits, delicate flowers, and cool woods, making it perfect for a hot summer's day. Recommended for daytime wear.

Burberry Summer 1

In 1879,Thomas Burberry invented gabardine - a breathable fabric made using an innovative process whereby the yarn was waterproofed before weaving. This fabric was not only water-resistant but also extremely durable.

The Burberry check, registered as a trademark, was introduced as a lining to the trenchcoat in 1924. Soon the red, camel, black and white check became synonymous with Burberry.
