French beauty brand Guerlain has unveiled a new anti-ageing treatment, called Abeille Royale Youth Serum. Visible results from the very first drops.

For the first time, Guerlain focuses on the presence of micro-tears: molecular micro-trauma for the skin. They cause the dermis to “sink in” and are responsible for skin ageing due to a localized reduction of substance. Micro-tears are the result of tissue breakdown produced by internal tension and stress, particularly mechanical, to which the skin is subjected every day. With the passage of time, the skin can no longer repair itself as effectively on its own. It is less able to “heal” its internal micro-damage: wrinkles and loss of firmness settle in.

Pure Royal Concentrate by Guerlain Research is a blend of exclusive elements capable of activating key factors of the skin’s self-repair mechanisms. Ouessant honey, thyme honey, clover honey from New Zealand, French royal jelly… Each product was tested on factors identified by biological research in order to determine its activity and performance on the skin.
