Do your shoulder straps dig in?

If so, the bra might be too small; the straps might be too narrow or adjusted too tightly; or the bra construction might not be providing proper support.

Support should be distributed to the different parts of a bra. For example, if too much tension is given to the straps, digging will occur at the shoulder. In fact, every woman should be able to slip the straps off her shoulders without losing her bra. Sometimes, just loosening tightly adjusted straps can bring relief. A different bra style may also be needed, i.e. one offering more coverage and support.
