Green apple smell evokes something fresh, something clean. It smells good. To deliver an ideal cleaning performance and lasting freshness, the Head & Shoulders scientists developed the Pro Clean Technology using advanced techniques such as computer modeling and molecular measurements. The Pro Clean Technology is a blend of three specialized cleaning actives that work together to remove oils and dirt from the scalp and the hair more effectively than before and contains the ingredient ZPT (or Zinc Pyrithione) which was specially optimized to tackle dandruff. This allows the scalp to stay cleaner and also creates the basis for the fragrance to unveil its freshness during the wash, and after.

The new Head & Shoulders Green Apple was created like a perfume, taking into account the important role of scents for our feelings and moods. The fragrance is a beautifully vibrant complex of crisp fruits, florals and clean musks. The top notes are a blend of green apple, Asian pear, and juicy wild strawberries. The middle notes form a bouquet of lilies, rose, and passion fruit, while the base notes are comprised of warm woods, soft musk, and jasmine.
