How should I store my skincare creams?

Temperature change is harmful to creams' stability. That's why storing cosmetics in the bathroom or near a heat source (such as the dryer or a radiator) is not recommended. It's best to keep them in your bedroom where the temperature is more stable.

When you buy a new skincare cream, it's often covered by a plastic film. It's best to remove it completely when you first open the container to prevent it from trapping moisture and promoting the growth of bacteria.

We all tend to dip our fingers into the cream. But even when they're clean, our fingers leave behind a natural oil (sebum) that can change the original composition of the product and reduce its effectiveness. By placing a dab of cream on the back of your hand with a little stick, you'll preserve the product's purity and effectiveness to the last drop. The applicator should be wiped clean with a tissue after each use.
